1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Kalshi House Couriers (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

 

2. Services Provided

Kalshi House Couriers provides on-demand and scheduled delivery services for packages and goods. All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

 

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete pickup and delivery information

• Ensure items are properly packaged for transport

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

• Ensure that shipped items are not prohibited (see Section 5)

 

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are based on distance, time, size, weight, and service type

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

• Additional fees may apply for delays, waiting time, or special handling

 

5. Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship any of the following:

• Illegal items or substances

• Hazardous materials (flammable, explosive, toxic, etc.)

• Weapons or ammunition (unless legally permitted and disclosed)

• Perishable items without proper packaging

• Any item that may pose a risk to safety or violate laws

Kalshi House Couriers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any delivery involving prohibited items.

 

6. Delivery Attempts

• We will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery

• If the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or inaccessibility are the customer’s responsibility

 

7. Delays

While we strive for timely service, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Traffic, weather, or accidents

• Incorrect delivery information

• Circumstances beyond our control (see Section 13)

 

8. Loss and Damage

• Kalshi House Couriers is not responsible for items improperly packaged

• Claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Liability is limited to the cost of the delivery service unless additional insurance is purchased

 

9. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch for a full or partial refund

• Cancellations after dispatch may incur a fee

• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalshi House Couriers shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, business, or opportunity

• Delays or failures beyond our control

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kalshi House Couriers, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Shipment of prohibited or unsafe items

• Incorrect or misleading information provided

 

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

 

13. Force Majeure

Kalshi House Couriers is not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, civil unrest, or government actions.

 

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
