At Kalshi House Couriers, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and professional delivery services. This Refund Policy outlines when customers may be eligible for a refund and how requests are handled.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may qualify for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
a. Service Failure

A delivery was accepted but not completed due to an error by Kalshi House Couriers.

A package is confirmed lost while in our possession.
b. Significant Delay

A delivery exceeds the quoted or estimated delivery window by more than 2 hours (local/same-day deliveries) or 24 hours (scheduled deliveries), unless due to factors outside our control.
c. Damaged Items

Items are damaged during transit due to improper handling by our driver.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated pickup/delivery information provided by the customer.

Recipient unavailable or refusing delivery.

Failed delivery attempts where access was not possible (e.g., gated entry, no contact response).

Delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipments containing prohibited or restricted items under our service terms.

Minor delays that fall within the quoted delivery window.
4. Force Majeure
Kalshi House Couriers is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please:

Provide your order number, pickup/delivery details, and a description of the issue.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for:

Deliveries completed with significant delays.

Service issues that do not fully prevent completion of the delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
Kalshi House Couriers’ liability is limited to the cost of the delivery service unless additional insurance coverage was purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Kalshi House Couriers reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to all future orders
